Ingredients
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1-1/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Preparation
Heat oven to moderate (375 F). Sprinkle lemon juice
over blueberries. Combine sugar and flour; add to
blueberries, tossing with a fork to coat blueberries.
Place in 8 inch square baking dish. For topping,
combine remaining ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake in preheated oven
(375 F) for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
